An Authentic Incentive Experience
For Evercore’s stay, we designed and coordinated a three-day leisure programme combining gastronomy, culture and sport. The experience began with a guided market tour followed by an interactive paella cooking class. On the second day, the group enjoyed an exclusive Spanish evening featuring a flamenco lesson, dinner and a live flamenco show. The programme concluded with VIP panoramic tickets to the FC Barcelona vs. Atlético Madrid match at Camp Nou. We also coordinated all private transfers, transfer guides and hostesses throughout the programme, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all 83 participants.
"On a personal level as the event organizer, I very much appreciated how attentive and prompt you were with your responses during the planning stages, as well as how personable and knowledgeable you are. As for the activities themselves, I think they were an excellent mix of things (food, art/culture, sport) and were very much tailored to the location we were in. I had several members of my team (including my boss) mention how much they appreciated the authenticity of the activities. Everyone really felt like they were specifically in Barcelona/Spain and not just having a good time in any old big city. Your suggestions were all excellent, but you were also able to pivot quickly to other suggestions when something didn’t feel quite right for our specific group. I’d like to add that on a personal note, I don’t believe this trip would have been half as successful without your help, so thank you so much! I would highly recommend your company to anyone visiting Barcelona. "
